Much has been written about the linebacking core of the St. Louis Rams. It leaves Buckeye fans grinning from ear to ear. James Laurinaitis is joined by 2 more former Buckeyes — Bobby Carpenter and Na’il Diggs — this season, bringing the total of Rams who have donned the Scarlet & Gray to 4. It is because of this that I think there will be a lot more eyeballs tuning into Rams games this fall.

Today is their first preseason game and he is fulfilling that prophecy by starting the game in the Mike spot.

The Rams are in New York to take on the Jets. You can watch locally on KTVI, CBS 2 in the greater NY market, and NFL Network elsewhere. If you know where to look, you can watch online. ;)

According to a release on stlouisrams.com, the terms of the contract were not released.
